How does the loyalty points program work?

The loyalty point program allows you to accumulate points credited in purchases for your next trip.

The allocation of loyalty points is based on the amount of your purchase:

• 1 Canadian dollar of purchase* = 1 loyalty point
• 100 loyalty points = 1 Canadian dollar credited in purchases

* The purchase amount is only the price of the travel package; it does not apply to the entrance tickets for the visits as well as the service charge.

How to check the loyalty points?

Loyalty points will be accumulated automatically without logging in.

However, to consult them, you must create a user account with the email address you used during your purchase.

If you already have an account, please log in to view your loyalty points.

How to use loyalty points?

To use your loyalty points, you need to log in to your account, where you see the total number of your loyalty points. You can enter the number of loyalty points you wish to use.

 

Terms of use:

• Loyalty points cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash;
• Loyalty points are not transferable; they only apply to one person;
• The use of loyalty points is subject to travel availability;
• Loyalty points do not apply to final sales;
• Loyalty points do not apply to gift card purchases;
• Loyalty points will be credited to your account within 24 hours from the return date of your trip;
• Loyalty points are valid for 24 months;

• Please note that loyalty points can only be accumulated for trips from January 2022.
