1, Maple syrup Festival is Canada's most distinctive folklore festival. Canada is the" Country of Maple Leaf", and the most famous maple varieties called "sugar maple", of which SAP sugar content of 3.5%. In March and April of each year, is the annual "Maple Syrup Festival". The farmers use the Indians ways to collect the tree’s liquid and you can see the process of the maple sugar manufacture: the maple juice is put into the hot big pot to brew into maple syrup, then poured in the snow, hot and cold fusion, the maple syrup condensed immediately into cake-like solid, people roll up the maple sugar with small wooden stick. The passionate farmers prepare also a delicious lunch for the visitors, allow guests to taste the traditional cuisine of Quebec (lunch included).

2, After lunch, heading for the Parc Omega – a safari park in Notre-Dame-de-Bonsecours. The park possesses a variety of wildlife and birds living the North American continent, you can find elk, caribou, red fox, arctic wolves, wild turkey, bison, black bear, porcupine, Alpine ibex, Turkey vulture, beavers, painted turtles, great blue herons, arctic fox, and so on. Tourists can see clearly the animals by taking the park's tourist bus driving through the park or walking into the lush woods to discover those secretive animals. Tourists can buy carrots at the visitor center to feed those cute, non-harmful animals.
