Day 1 Montreal- Montmorency Falls - Old Quebec City
1. Early Departure in the morning to the Montmorency fall. The largest waterfall in Quebec, at 84 meters (276ft) high and 46 meters (151ft) wide, 30 meters (98ft) higher than Niagara Falls. A cable car will drive us directly to the top of the mountain. We can take a walk on the staircases that will allow us to view the falls from several different perspectives. Furthermore, there is a suspension bridge over the crest of the falls to provide access to both sides of the park as well as a spectacular view. (We will reach the summit by tourist bus when cable car is closed)
2. After lunch, we will continue our journey to one of the most important landmarks in North American history, Old Quebec City. This is the origin of Canadian culture and it is the only city in North America that kept the historical properties maintained. You can see the French-style buildings within the city, creating a romantic vibe perfect for couples. Then we go to the Germany Christmas Market in the city hall of Quebec City to immerse up the atmosphere of the holidays and celebrate traditional Christmas on the spot.
3. Leave Quebec City at 17h30 and arrive in Montreal around 20h30.
